Siliguri:  The NSS Unit II of Salesian College Siliguri (Autonomous), with 20 volunteers and two faculty members, held its Annual Camp from April 25 to May 1 at Panthabari under the Mirik Circle. The week‑long programme was guided by the theme “Sampurna Gram Vikas,” emphasizing holistic village development.
On Day 1, camp began with a team bonding session followed by a village survey to understand local needs.
On Day 2, an environmental awareness drive was organized, including an awareness campaign and installation of dustbins in collaboration with SEFL (Save Earth For Life) NGO. 
Day 3 focused on local school visit where volunteers engaged students through games, songs, dance, and interactive activities, along with distribution of gifts and mid-day meals.
A health camp was conducted on Day 4, offering free dental check-ups and a hygiene seminar for villagers and students.
Day 5 included a door-to-door drug awareness campaign and a cleanliness drive. 
Day 6 featured a cultural event to express gratitude to the villagers. The camp concluded on Day 7 early morning with wrapping up activities and the NSS clap, marking a meaningful end to the experience.
