The Centre for Advancement at Salesian College (Autonomous), Sonada & Siliguri, coordinates fundraising, project implementation, and community outreach in partnership with the Don Bosco Development Office Calcutta (DB-DOC), the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, Missio Austria, the Salesian College Alumni Association, Radio Salesian 90.8, Salesian TV, and other collaborators.

Serving as a bridge between academia, industry, and the community, the Centre provides students and faculty with opportunities to engage meaningfully with society, gain first-hand understanding of social realities, and participate in the planning and execution of initiatives that foster human resource development and social welfare. Students have the option to intern at the Centre, gaining practical, hands-on experience in social work.

For industry partners, the Centre offers a dedicated platform to fulfil their corporate social responsibility by supporting initiatives that benefit the most disadvantaged.
